Good performance, slight delivery delay

I purchased the Geekom IT13 for my home office setup. The performance is really solid for my daily tasks, even some light video editing. It came with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed which was nice. I found the setup straightforward and the compact size is a huge plus for my desk. The only drawback was that delivery took about 8 days to reach me, a bit longer than I expected. Customer service did respond quickly when I inquired about the tracking, so that was reassuring. Overall, I feel it's a good value for the price, especially considering its capabilities.

Consistent quality with A5

This is my third Geekom mini PC, this time I went with the A5 for my kid's schoolwork. Just like my previous IT series purchases, it arrived well-packaged and was simple to get running. They've been pretty consistent with their quality and delivery times. I appreciate that they always come with Windows pre-installed, saves me a step. The A5 is doing great for general use, no complaints there. Glad I stuck with them.

Detailed review of Geekom XT12 Pro

I ordered the Geekom XT12 Pro with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD for my graphic design work. The ordering process on their website was smooth, and I received an order confirmation almost immediately. Shipping took 6 days to arrive in Lyon, which was within their estimated window. The packaging was robust, protecting the mini PC well. Inside, the XT12 Pro itself is surprisingly compact for the power it packs. I found the initial setup of Windows 11 Pro straightforward. Performance for Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator has been excellent; it handles large files without lag. The inclusion of multiple USB4 ports is a huge plus for my external drives. I tested the WiFi 6E, and speeds were consistently high. One minor thing was that the included power adapter cable was a little shorter than I'd prefer, but easily remedied. Their online FAQs were helpful for a few questions I had about warranty registration. Overall, it's a very capable machine for professional use.

IT12 Pro worked well

Bought a Geekom Mini IT12 Pro. Set it up quickly. Works fast. No issues with performance. Would buy again.

Great value on the IT11

I was looking for a budget-friendly mini PC and landed on the Geekom IT11. I watched for sales and got it during a flash sale which saved me a good bit. The price was really competitive, much better than some other brands I looked at. It works perfectly for browsing, emails, and streaming. Delivery was about a week. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Happy with my A7

So I grabbed a Geekom A7 a few weeks back for my media center. It's super small, which is cool, and it handles 4K streaming without breaking a sweat. Setup was easy, just plugged it in and it was ready to go. The fan is pretty quiet too, which is a big deal since it's in my living room. Totally happy with it, works as advertised.
